Student Payment Policies
Balances are due upon receipt of invoice. Please Note: 15% interest
applied to unpaid balances after 15 days. Deposits required for editing
services. Deposits are fully credited to your first bill.
Acceptable forms of payment include personal check, cashier's check, or
money order. Simonsen Consulting applies at minimum a $30 service charge via collection
concerning all returned checks and money orders, in addition to
applicable interest for past due amounts as described, above. Work will
not begin until all checks clear your bank, and money orders are
validated.
Paypal option is an available deposit or payment option (www.paypal.com),
but you will not receive credit from Simonsen Consulting for the automatic service
charges deducted from your payment by Paypal for using the Paypal
service. The 3% of the total payment fee must be included in addition to your
payment. For example, if your payment is $100, you must add the 3% fee
and pay $103.00. The email address associated with this account with Paypal is
dmsimonsen@msn.com.
Simonsen Consulting payment policies are subject to periodic change and revision.
Fees are based on actual edit hours, not estimated time to completion.
An edit hour is actual time worked, not total time (hours/days) to
turnaround.
Please Note: times to complete and turnaround client projects are
estimated as closely as possible. Due to the nature of the services, not
all variables are predictable. Thus, time estimated and time actually worked may differ. Clients are charged only for time
actually worked.
